Your first box depends on the date you subscribe. Each monthly bundle has an order window. Once that order window closes, we move into production and shipping for that box.

Most boxes are estimated to arrive during the first half of the box month, usually between the 1st and 15th.

The bundle you receive is based on the date your subscription order is placed. Each monthly bundle has its own order window. If your order is placed during that window, you'll be included in that bundle cycle.

For example, orders placed between May 15 and June 14 are for the July bundle.

Nope — that's part of the fun! Every mystery mini bundle stays a surprise until your box arrives. You'll only see the designs, sizes, and color palettes once you open the box.

Bundles generally ship during the second half of the month before the box month. For example, the July bundle typically ships between June 15 and June 30.

Once your bundle ships, you'll receive tracking information by email.

Our mystery mini bundles are not ready-to-ship items — they're part of a monthly production cycle. After each order window closes, we prepare that month's bundles, coordinate production, and then ship them out during the scheduled shipping window.

If you subscribe after a monthly order window closes, your first bundle will be part of the next available cycle.

For example, if the July bundle order window has already closed, your first bundle would be the next scheduled bundle after that.

Because our bundles follow a planned monthly production cycle, subscribing during a month does not always mean you'll receive that same month's bundle. Your first bundle is determined by the order window that was open when you subscribed.

The order window is the date range when customers can subscribe to be included in a specific monthly bundle cycle.

For example, an order window of May 15 through June 14 means that subscriptions placed during that time are included in the July bundle cycle.

The production window is the time when we prepare and produce the mystery mini bundles for that cycle. This happens after the order window closes and before the bundles ship.

The estimated delivery window is the date range when we expect most customers to receive their bundle.

This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier delays, holidays, weather, and location can all affect final delivery timing.

Yes. Once your mystery mini bundle ships, you'll receive tracking information by email. Please allow a little time for tracking to update after the label is created.
