Returns & Refunds Policy
At Pressed & Placed, each kit is carefully produced and shipped to order. Because of this, we do not accept traditional returns. Instead, we focus on resolving any issues quickly and fairly.
No Returns Policy
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selections, or items that have been opened or used. This helps us keep costs down and maintain the quality of our made-to-order products.
That said, your satisfaction matters to us, and we’re committed to making things right if there’s a problem with your order.
Damages, Defects & Order Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Once reviewed, we’ll work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund—depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are made to order, the following items are not eligible for return:

We do not offer direct exchanges.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
To request a cancellation under this policy, please contact support@pressedandplaced.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
