Your first box depends on the date you subscribe. Each monthly box has an order window. Once that order window closes, we move into production and shipping for that box.

Most boxes are estimated to arrive during the first half of the box month, usually between the 1st and 15th.

The box you receive is based on the date your subscription order is placed. Each monthly box has its own order window. If your order is placed during that window, you’ll be included in that box cycle.

For example, orders placed between May 15 and June 14 are for the July box.

Subscription boxes generally ship during the second half of the month before the box month. For example, the July box typically ships between June 15 and June 30.

Once your box ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Here are Pressed + Placed our subscription box is a collaborative effort. I have an internal design team that I work with to come up with the theme, idea and then our amazing artists come up with the designs. That is why they say Pressed + Placed as the artist, rest assured these are all drawn by an artist!

Our subscription boxes do not come with a toolkit to help you get the best pricing possible and to reduce unnecessary waste.

Delivery timing can vary slightly depending on shipping carrier timelines, holidays, weather, and your location.

Our subscription boxes are not ready-to-ship items — they’re part of a monthly production cycle. After each order window closes, we prepare that month’s subscription boxes, coordinate production, and then ship them out during the scheduled shipping window.

If you subscribe after a monthly order window closes, your first box will be part of the next available subscription cycle.

For example, if the July box order window has already closed, your first box would be the next scheduled box after that.

Because our boxes follow a planned monthly production cycle, subscribing during a month does not always mean you’ll receive that same month’s box. Your first box is determined by the order window that was open when you subscribed.

Yes. Once your subscription box ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email. Please allow a little time for tracking to update after the label is created.
