When will my first mystery mini bundle arrive?
Your first box depends on the date you subscribe. Each monthly bundle has an order window. Once that order window closes, we move into production and shipping for that box.
Most boxes are estimated to arrive during the second half of the box month, usually between the 15th and 30th.
Will I see previews of what's in each bundle?
Nope — that's part of the fun! Every mystery mini bundle stays a surprise until your box arrives. You'll only see the designs, sizes, and color palettes once you open the box.
When do mystery mini bundles ship?
Bundles generally ship during the first half of the box month. For example, the September bundle typically ships between September 1 and September 15.
Once your bundle ships, you'll receive tracking information by email.
Who designs these mini bundles?
These bundles are designed and hand drawn by a pixel artist on our internal team, the art in these bundles are 100% artists creative visions
When will my bundle be delivered?
Most mystery mini bundles are estimated to arrive during the second half of the box month, usually between the 15th and 30th.
Delivery timing can vary slightly depending on shipping carrier timelines, holidays, weather, and your location.
Why doesn't my bundle ship right after I order?
Our mystery mini bundles are not ready-to-ship items — they're part of a monthly production cycle that we produce in bulk to get the best prices. After each order window closes, we prepare that month's bundles, coordinate production, and then ship them out during the scheduled shipping window.
What happens if I subscribe after the order window closes?
If you subscribe after a monthly order window closes, your first bundle will be part of the next available cycle.
For example, if the September bundle order window has already closed, your first bundle would be the next scheduled bundle after that.
Do mystery mini bundles come with a toolkit?
No — mystery mini bundles do not include a toolkit. We leave it out to keep the subscription price as low as possible and to cut down on waste for the many subscribers who already have their favorite tools at home.
If you need a toolkit, you can grab a basic or premium toolkit from our shop separately.
I subscribed this month — why am I not getting this month's bundle?
Because our bundles follow a planned monthly production cycle, subscribing during a month does not always mean you'll receive that same month's bundle. Your first bundle is determined by the order window that was open when you subscribed.
Will I get tracking information?
Yes. Once your mystery mini bundle ships, you'll receive tracking information by email. Please allow a little time for tracking to update after the label is created.
