Because each diamond painting kit is made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges.

How long until I receive my order?
Each diamond painting kit is made to order and shipped directly from our trusted manufacturing partners overseas.
Because of this, orders typically arrive within 3–6 weeks from the time your order is placed.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey all the way to your door.

We offer both square and round drills, each made from high-quality materials to ensure a beautiful and enjoyable crafting experience.

- Round drills are made from high-quality acrylic, providing a smooth, classic look and an easier placement experience.

Do we have licensed artwork?
Yes. All artwork featured in our shop is properly licensed and created by artists who are compensated for their work.
We partner exclusively with artists who produce original designs. Some artists may use AI as part of their creative process to help shape or refine their artwork, while others work fully by hand. You can view the specific details for each artist including their creative process on the Artist Page under their individual profile.
Our goal is to celebrate creativity, transparency, and fair artist partnerships.
